Use of the Add-on

1. License: The Add-on is licensed to you on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis solely for your personal or internal business use. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the Add-on.
2. Restrictions: You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Add-on, nor may you create derivative works based upon the Add-on.
3. Data Privacy: The Add-on may process data from your Google Sheets documents to perform its functions. By using the Add-on, you consent to the processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. No Warranty: The Add-on is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The author disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Add-on.

Changes to Terms

The author reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post any changes to the Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Add-on after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
